Favor x Whitney Port Candle Collection Launches Today!

#BlackLivesMatter Reading Favor x Whitney Port Candle Collection Launches Today! 2 minutes Next More than a Scarf: Favor's Journey Collection

We’re over the moon excited to finally share the limited-edition candle collection that we designed with the fabulous Whitney Port! Our design team has been hard at work over the past few months to bring Whitney’s vision to life—working hand in hand with Elizabeth Eisenstein of ZZIEE Ceramics to create the gorgeous containers and MacMaddies to perfect each of the three candles’ fragrances.

Each candle is inspired by and named for a place close to Whitney’s heart—Ozark, Tahquitz, and Teton, with a unique container that’s thrown and glazed by hand (meaning each candle is truly one-of-a-kind and made with love!).Image of Whitney Port for Favor Candle Collaboration

Teton is an orb-shaped vessel made of white clay dipped in a unique crawl glaze, which produces individual beads when fired in the kiln. Teton’s scent includes top notes of jasmine and teakwood, middle notes of leather, sandalwood, patchouli and Tonka bean, and base notes of amber, patchouli and dark musk.

“After completing this project, I learned something about myself that was a really big deal. I’m a designer. Whether it's clothes, candles or accessorizing a coffee table, I’m most fulfilled, most ME when I am being creative,” said Whitney.

“Designing these candles cemented this idea in my brain, and will stay with me for the rest of my life. I hope they do well; I hope other people like them and buy them, but this project has already been a success for me.”

A portion of all sales will be donated to The Loveland Foundation, which brings opportunity, healing and empowerment to communities of color, especially Black women and girls, through collaborative resources and initiatives.Image of Whitney Port for Favor Candle Collaboration
