Let’s be real: we want you to love our products as much as we do, but stuff happens! If you decide within 30 days that what you ordered isn’t your FAVORite, please send a return request via email to


To make your return process quick and easy, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Name on the order
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for returning


Sale items, masks, & beauty items are final sale and cannot be returned, and your original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Once we receive that info, our team will create a custom Return Authorization Number for you & send over a return label!


As a reminder: return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and items must be undamaged and in new condition*.
